Ron started his engineering and construction career in 1990 with an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Delaware Technical and Community College.
While advancing in his career, he earned a B.A.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware in 1997. Mr. Sutton currently has over 33 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction fields. He has an extensive background in engineering design, construction management, permitting, and coordinating with regulatory agencies and is a licensed P.E. in DE, PA, and MD.

Scott P. Roberts
Sr. Project Manager
Scott started his engineering career in 1995 with a B.A.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware. Mr. Roberts currently has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction fields. He has an extensive background working with municipalities and regulatory agencies. Mr. Roberts is responsible for civil site and municipal engineering projects, construction management, contract administration, and construction review.

Nicholas Bailey, P.L.S
Sr. Project Manager
Nick is a Delaware licensed PLS with over 12 years of surveying experience. He provides supervision over the field and office staff while conducting boundary surveys, construction layout, lines, grade plans, ALTA/ASCM Surveys, topographic survey, etc. Some projects that he has been involved in include minor and major subdivision layouts, small to medium commercial development, stormwater management, pond rehabilitation, DelDOT right-of-way surveys, Amtrak corridor surveys, and settlement monitoring.
Nick currently manages 3 field crews and 3 survey technicians and is heavily involved in the day-to-day survey operations. Nick is very knowledgeable of County codes and regulations as well as applicable boundary law.
