Civil Engineering Associates (CEA) is a healthy, growing organization with an outstanding reputation for service. Civil Engineering Associates is a local firm with a native Delaware staff. Currently, our team consists of 4 civil engineers and 4 survey crews with over 100 years of combined experience. We specialize in all phases of land development, from concept plans and feasibility studies to minor and major subdivisions/site developments.

Site Engineering often requires specialized services such as geotechnical and mechanical engineering, wetland and forest delineation, traffic studies, and/or environmental studies. Through our years of experience, we have developed mutually rewarding relationships with a vast array of sub-consultants whom we often engage to fulfill specialized project requirements that may arise.
